This Sunday, March 11th, 2018, the NCC 2018 “Making a difference” kicks off! Herewith we send some important information to make the NCC 2018 a success.

The NCC 2018 is organized at the NH Eindhoven Conference Center Koningshof, Locht 117 in Veldhoven. Pay attention! There have been road works on the ring of Eindhoven. Therefore, do not rely on your navigation system in the car, but use the most up-to-date directions. Click here for the directions. DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR! You can park your car free of charge so you don’t have to take a ticket. The barrier goes up automatically.

Registration NCC 2018
Given the large number of participants, we start early (both days from 8.00 AM onwards) with the registration of the participants. To make registration as smooth as possible for everyone, there are a few rules:
- Print your e-ticket at home and have it ready for registration! This ticket is your proof of registration and also badge. This e-ticket is really necessary for registration. Keep it well! Please note: Do not take unregistered colleagues because it is not possible to purchase entrance tickets (including evening program) at the door until the NCC 2018!
- Sunday 11 March and Monday 12 March you can register the Benelux foyer from 8.00 am, follow the signs NCC in the parking lot.
- Everyone (exhibitors, participants, stand crew and press) must register in the Benelux foyer on Sunday and Monday morning.
- You will receive a key cord with plastic cover after registration. Wear the the e-ticket clearly throughout the conference.
- Please wait a while to greet colleagues and acquaintances until after registration! During the breaks, drinks and party evening of the NCC 2018, there is plenty of opportunity to network and catch up.
- It is important to know that no central opening will take place. The program starts on Sunday and Monday at 9.30. Make sure you are registered well in time and in the lecture room of your choice.
- If you have purchased a ticket for the evening program, you can pick up a wristband at the NCC Infostand on 11 March from 12.00.
- If you have booked a hotel room at the NH Eindhoven Conference Center Koningshof, you can check in at the hotel entrance on Sunday 11 March from 14.30 onwards.
